Folding Pocket Knife Kits
Folder Kits: Easy to Make and Customize
If you've always wanted to try a folder kit, these are  great little ones to start off with. The liner lock frame, blade and nickel silver bolsters on the Mantis and Hi Tech are already preassembled and only the scales need to be attached, while the Wasp needs a slightly higher degree of assembly. All come with a  scales  ( quince wood in the Mantis and Wasp, red Micarta in the Hi Tech ) which can  be attached with the supplied T6 head screws , or can be used as a pattern for your choice of wood scales. Thumb stud for one handed opening is already attached and the liner lock design allows for one handed closing. All three designs come with optional belt clip. Don't be fooled by their good looks: these are serious, hard working knives that will serve you well for a good, long time. You'll need a T6 and T10 torx wrench to complete. The Senshi is a sleek and strong Japanese influenced assisted opening folder that snaps open using the included internal spring at the touch of the extended tang.or thumb stud. Contoured G10 scale. Solid liner lock.  If you've made a couple of blade kits in the past you should be fine but I wouldn't recomend this as your first project.

605 Series Folder Kits 
A modern classic, the 605 folder knife kits are hard working, serious blades that are handsome and easy to assemble. The 8A stainless blade is cryogenically treated for long life.  Kits include handle screws, thumb opener, teflon washers, and stainless bolsters. The Original  605 kit includes belt clip while a belt clip is an available option for the 605 Mini.  You will need a T6 and T8 size torx screwdriver and your choice of handle material ( not included) .
